We are more Custom than Kit
We offer a full architectural design service. While we commonly create bespoke one-off designs in-house, we are also more than happy to work alongside your architect or with a concept you have commissioned or sketched yourself.
Importantly there are No additional charges or hidden costs for a custom concept – this is just one of the unique features that sets us apart from other companies.
In addition to a full design service, we manage the building consent process for you and supply the construction materials delivered to site to enable your builder to progress your building to a fully locked-up water tight shell stage with internal framing standing.
You are free to engage your own builder, or we have a network of independent builders we can put you in touch with once a concept and estimate have been provided.
