Our Buildings

At Customkit we offer a wide range of kitset timber buildings in both single level and two storey.

All materials used in our buildings are manufactured and supplied by New Zealand companies. The buildings are supplied as shell only kitsets enabling you to apply your own personal touch.

Many of our two storey kitset homes originally derived from our barn range with people wanting to live in a "Traditional Wooden Barn". Claddings used are predominantly plywood and batten. However in the industry today there are many other cladding options available, which you may wish to consider.

These buildings are particularly suited to our New Zealand conditions and are becoming increasingly popular as rural homes, lifestyle home barn combinations, holiday homes, additional accommodation and sleep outs. Our contemporary designs combine modern living with the warmth and ambience of natural timber.
