Our Buildings

 So what do I get with my shell package?

 Your building comes with all materials required to construct to a lock up shell stage - see list below:

• A complete set of working drawings and engineering based on a “high” wind zone.
• A comprehensive set of assembly instructions with accompanying details and photos to assist you with your project.
• If your building is designed with a timber floor we can supply the floor as an extra using particleboard flooring, timber subfloor framing, foundation piles and baseboards based on a level site.
• All structural timber required for the construction of your building to a lock up stage.
• This includes pre-cut and nailed wall framing, selected pre-cut roofing timber, random roofing timber, trusses where applicable, ceiling strapping and any other associated timber.
• If it is a two-storey building all mid floor beams, joists and particleboard flooring with carpet grade stairs.
• Our standard cladding is 12mm H3 treated Bandsawn plywood battened at 300mm centres.  However other cladding options are available on request.
• Decks are supplied using 100 x 40 premium grade grip tread pine decking.
• All hardware that is required to construct your building to a lock up stag, includingcleats, fixing brackets, bolts, screws, nails etc.
• Long run Colorsteel roofing with a choice of profile options.
• Marley PVC spouting with all associated brackets, fixings, rain heads and down pipes.
• Double glazed Aluminium joinery using Vantage Aluminium. (Based on their standard colour range)
• Colorsteel garage roller doors with the option of sectional doors or timber barn doors if required.

Please Note:  
Changes to building designs or construction requirements due to location, site complications, specific requirements by local territorial authorities, snow loadings or higher wind zones will result in additional costs.  Buildings supplied to the South Island automatically incur additional costs due to the location and the cost of raw materials.
