Do you design custom homes and buildings?
Each building is custom designed to enable us to meet the client's expectations and allow them to realise their dreams. All designs are based on our standard system.
Do you have combination buildings?
Our buildings are adaptable allowing you the room to accomodate the tractor, ride on mower, boat, horse float, horse stalls, tack and feed rooms, storage areas and all manner of other uses while providing an area to live.
Do you sell your plans?
As we specialise in supplying kitset buildings using our standard systems we do not sell our plans. We believe in working with our clients to design their 'dream home/barn' and supply quality materials for the construction.
Are all your buildings kitsets or do you erect?
All of our buildings are supplied as kitsets. As we have a large number of buildings around New Zealand we are at times able to assist you with recommended builders who may have completed our buildings previously.
Do you have full contracts?
As we specialise in providing kitset buildings we do not provide the option of full contracts.
Do you have finance?
We do not provide finance arrangements.
Where can I see examples of your buildings?
Do you sell nation wide?
We have the ability to transport our kitset homes and barns to all destinations whether it be within New Zealand or overseas. Overseas is a little more tricky as we need to comply with the governing building code.
Do you arrange delivery?
Yes we can arrange delivery of your kitset building to your site if this is required. Most customers prefer this option.
Do you take care of our building consents and deal with the local authorities?
As part of our service we supply full working drawings to allow you to apply to Council for your building consent. We would generally leave the lodging of the building consent to the individual however we are able to assist if required. The processing of plans out of our immediate area would generally incur a service fee.
Are you able to work with our existing plans?
Yes we are quite happy to work in with existing plans and ideas. We need to be certain that there would be no breach of copyright in doing this.
Are your buildings difficult to assemble? Can I do it myself or should I use a builder?
If you have some building skills we believe you should be able to assemble our smaller range of barns without too much trouble. Again it will depend entirely on your level of skill. We do recommend that you seek the assistance of an experienced builder even if just in an advisory capacity. With larger buildings and houses we would advise you to use competent builders.
Can you supply alternative claddings?
Yes we can supply alternative cladding options. Feel free to discuss your ideas with us.
