About Us, specialists in design and supply of wooden buildings

Customkit Buildings was established in 1994 in order to offer customers a unique package.

Experience:

The team at Customkit Buildings have over 17 years experience in supplying buildings.  In this time they have learned that no two customers are the same and for this reason each building is tailor made to the customer’s requirements from the initial design and draft plans right through the construction process.

Sustainability:

We are a company with people who have a passion for our product,  WOOD:

Unlike, oil, gas, coal or other minerals ”which once used can never be replaced” wood is a sustainable and renewable resource ideally suited to New Zealand’s conditions.

The New Zealand forest industry has a long and extensive history with wood construction in New Zealand; it is a part of our culture and heritage.

Our Mission:

You are not restricted to set modules only guided by them.

You are not limited to a standard range of colours you are restricted by your imagination only.

Wood is warm, quiet and adaptable, with a versatility not found in other materials.

The style and appearance of a timber building blends into its rural surroundings in preference to sitting on it.

When you purchase a Customkit Building be it a house, a barn or utility building you are guaranteed to get the finest materials, design and service available along with a great reputation and excellent resale prospects for your property.

As a result of that attention to detail combined with the support of the team, Customkit has become well known and respected with their clients and the builders who have had the opportunity to construct a building.

The Building Process:

Come aboard and meet the team with all that knowledge and experience and become part of the Customkit family.

Together they make a formidable team you will never regret dealing with.
